He helped me tailor a complex policy to my needs, with superb advice and explanation. Will was polite and friendly, extremely knowledegable, reliable and efficient with a memory for detail. He kept me informed throughout the process as promised, even ringing during the evening, if needed, to accommodate my work. The healthcheck and policy were in place within a couple of weeks.
