“I found Drewberry via an Internet search and made an online enquiry for a call back. Victoria Slade was in touch with me extremely quickly. During our first call Victoria listened to the problem I needed to overcome and offered me feedback on the type of solution I was thinking of; and, steered me towards a more suitable solution as well as a range of other considerations. I was able, during the same call, to answer some basic qualification questions and after a while I fully understood my options. We agreed that Victoria would send me quotations by email for me to go over them again in my own time. Because of time constraints on my part, several weeks later I called Victoria again - she followed up regularly - and we completed setting up the appropriate insurance cover for me and my business. I felt fully informed, able to ask questions and given opportunity to assess my options without any pressure. Thank you”
