“I have now dealt with Samantha Haffenden-Angear twice in the last few years to set up Income Protection policies for my son. These have both been very small policies and in terms of revenue for Drewberry, will be minimal. However, this has made no difference whatsoever. The service from Samantha has been exemplary. He explained the different options for income protection, where length of cover and amount of cover increased at certain points, suggested the best fit with no pressure to purchase, just the information for me to digest in my own time. “I had an excellent experience setting up my policies with Philip Roche of Drewberry. He is clearly passionate about his work and extremely knowledgeable on the subject. I would be surprised to find anyone in the industry who knows insurance better than Philip. As well as being very professional throughout outline all options and following all protocols, I find his character to most likeable, explaining products and services in an understandable way without ever being condescending or pushy. I see Philip Rocage as valued member of my team adding expertisw to an important area that i have limited knowledge of personally. I never felt at any point any pressure to go for any particular product. By the end of a very thorough process, I am extremely satisfied with the cover in place and the peace of mind that brings. Working with a broker like Drewberry comes highly reccommended not just for novices in the financial services arena.
