“I was really pleased with the service. Website is easy to navigate, order arrived promptly and the quality was excellent, P&P is higher but that's probably more down to the Royal Mail.”

Hi Julian, Sorry to hear that Royal Mail haven't delivered your package yet. It was sent out on Friday 3rd June and estimated for delivery on Saturday 4th June. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class items are not trackable so we cannot locate it. We will reprint and despatch your order today. Your replacement is estimated to arrive tomorrow. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is not trackable and occasional local postal delays do occur. Due to the bank holiday, it may have been delayed by 1 additional day.
