“We I got it the words was really small and wasn't the same as the document from my end not sure who's mistake it was but didn't turn out how I planned”

“Loved their web process, most logical to follow although i did have to call to ask about submitting multiple orders. Customer service very good. Delivery went to wrong address! luckily the person knocked on our door before returning printing so saved......dispatch had put incorrect address number. Will use them again but shall call to ensure they do not make same mistake. Printing great and at a fab price. would recommend them”

“Had to request a document to be re done twice as the printing was incomplete. Despite confirming that the pdf file I had sent was not corrupt, the second time it was printed the same problem had occured. The second attempt had clearly not been checked before sending. Not immpressed.”

“I would have scored five stars fro the production of my print work, but deducted one star as Doxzoo managed to send my original order to another customer and their order to me. However they rectified this as soon as I rang them and very promptly sent me the correct printing. So full marks for customer service, but a pity they made the mistake in the first place.”

“Very poor service. I did not receive my documents within the advised time period and I was told to wait longer and then ring back if they still hadn't arrived. For a company who deals with business documents I would expect the timescales to be correct so the most suitable delivery method can be selected. I was advised 1-2 working days for delivery and I still haven't received them 5 working days later. Would NOT recommend this service.”

Hi Kate, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver your order in a timely fashion. When you contacted us last thing on Friday we confirmed that we will reprint your order first thing for you today (Monday), so the reprint is estimated to arrive tomorrow. Whilst the majority of Royal Mail deliveries arrive within a day or 2, unfortunately sometimes delays do happen. In future we recommend our courier delivery option, which is guaranteed and trackable. “As I searched many online printers the customer service from Doxzoo stood out as well as the product options. I messed up my order and with a couple of emails sorted it for me at no extra cost also they made sure my prints arrived in perfect condition and in great time. Definatly get my return custom.”

“DoxZoo have been wonderful! I am so impressed with the product I ordered; it looks very professional and will stay on my shelf for years to come. I found the website easy to use and my product was delivered very quickly. The customer service was brilliant too. I received help from the customer service team twice (shout out to Hannah who helped me both times!) and they were so friendly and sorted everything out for me. The section used to create a cover was very slow so I would recommend making your front/back cover on a separate document and use the 'move first page' and 'move last page' buttons instead. I highly recommend this company.”
