“I ordered some prints to be printed on 280gsm card however it definitely isn't 280gsm card... it's a lot thinner. My best friend ordered from here and on exactly the same type of card and hers were noticeable thicker, not impressed at all.”

“This was an amazingly speedy order! I placed the order very late Sunday night with an estimated delivery of Tuesday evening but it arrived Monday afternoon! Good quality and a really nice finish, I was proud to hand in my Dissertation with a very nice printing finish :) Thankyou!”

“Though the service was quick and the staff very helpful the quality of the printing wasn't great, and as that was the main thing here I've had to mark accordingly. I had a prototype of my newest card game printed up and the quality of the pictures upon the cards were no better than I could have achieved on my home printer, they were not as sharp and clear as I had hoped. But worst of all the writing on a lot of cards had pixelated quite badly, even though the font was the same throughout the cards upon the right hand side of the page had suffered. Sorry Doxzoo.”

“My order was printed wrong it was assumed that a landscape document a4 would be bound on the short edge however most a4 folders would require it bound at the top on the long edge or it would be printed this way so you could put it in a clear wallet. They said they would reprint my order for delivery Saturday. I wasn't called until 4pm Fri (querying the order) despite a conversation on Thursday with someone who said they knew what I wanted and they would sort it out. Consequently I still don't have my order and a document that doesn't read well.”

Following the phone call on Friday afternoon, your free reprint was despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. “I ordered for my portfolio to be printed and binded because I had a university interview soon and there isn't really any decent printing and binding store in my town. I was really suprised at how quickly I got my delivery and the printing quality turned out really well. Highly recommended. :)”

As we stated via email to you last week, unfortunately Royal Mail does not offer any tracking facility for their 1st Class post, so we are unable to locate your package. Typically, if a Royal Mail order is not delivered within 2 to 3 days we presume it is lost and are happy to reprint it for free. If you require additional tracking, we recommend our courier delivery option for added peace of mind. As confirmed on Friday, we have reprinted and despatched your order. “The online ordering process was good. BUT when I received my printed dissertation which I have spent many months and spent countless hours working on, I wasn't impressed with the printing standards. The front cover outside and inside had a fairly thick faded but visible black line going halfway across the cover page towards the bottom. It may have been an error with the printer but should have been picked up on visually as these are not the standards I paid for.”
