Consider the review as zero stars. if everything goes well, good for you. Anything else, be ready. 1. their system glitches and they do not take any responsibility nor provide any evidence it is not a problem of their system, they reply "our system is highly automated" over and over... not a guarantee, really! 2. they write on the website that if you can not resolve through live chat, someone will give you a call....well then they email you that they do not have a phone, so it is not a possibility at all! 3. they are the only company without a complain team. Watch out! I have been asking for over a week to be given the form for complains, and they replied once they were looking which team to pass it on and then disappeared despite manu reminders. They simply do not reply! No indication on the website on what to do if you are not satisfied. 4. You pay more for delivery on certain timeframe, they do not make it, and they do not take responsibility for that too! 5. want to speak with a manger? everybody seems to be a manager, nobody above than the people who reply to you with pre-written messages 6. quality? having received the products, I am not even impressed. preview is not even representative.

I ordered colour copies recently but Ddid not realised that there is a minimum basket cost which is 5 pounds. I paid 7.27 pounds for only 1 copy. It did not show clearly when you order it. Please aware that you double check the price in total before you order it.

Really great service and communication. I published a paper back book. An excellent product and is everything promised by Doxzoo. Take care in uploading, I had a couple of proofs printed before ordering bulk. Would recommend

There is no 'LIVE CHAT' button on this site, 2 of the products I ordered are not to my satisfaction. Doxzoo has done them for me before, so I know that this job is not the best.

Great software to order your printing. Great quality printing. But dreadful customer service and once it’s printed they simply don’t care if you receive it or not. There is plenty of completion that do care.

Hi Barry, Thank you for your review. We can see from the tracking provided by DPD that we dispatched the order on time on Wednesday. A delivery attempt was made by DPD yesterday afternoon however there was no one home to accept the delivery. We did send you a dispatch email with the tracking info on for you to liaise with DPD with regards to time slots etc. The delivery tracking then shows that collection at a pick up shop was selected. DPD have now delivered to this local collection point for you to collect. As we advised yesterday, once DPD have re-labelled the order to be delivered at a collection point, we do not have the ability to arrange for them to re-attempt again to your address. The only option we have is for them to return it back to us, which would delay your parcel even further. We do apologise however once it has left us and is with DPD we do have very little control of the delivery times etc. Best wishes, Doxzoo team

What would have cost me £50+ in any of the print shops in my city cost me £24 INCLUDING next day delivery postage. All in all I’m extremely impressed. The quality is amazing and I wasn’t expecting much for the price. Came within my deadline so I can get everything sent off before the 28th. Overall I’m extremely impressed, happy and grateful they they are a company that live up to their promises advertised. 100/10 would recommend!

I have ordered 3 times from them I believe and 2 of 3 orders had issues. The first time, I accepted a reprint. Took forever to get done but fine. That was in December 2022. I placed another order April 2023 and wow were they terrible hardback notebooks. The soft touch lamination has a lot of downsides nowhere to be mentioned on their site. Then when you contact support they are rude and pretty unhelpful. It feels like they're blaming you for their poor quality product. I sent pics of the damage & received a response from an Ethan stating "We can offer a solution once we have a look at the 'damages' properly - So we're waiting for the rest of the evidence from you, as so far we can only see evidence of the scratch markings." As if evidence of the scratch markings was not enough lol? I guess that sending scratched up products is normal for them. I sent videos (of the exact same thing in the photos) and of course they couldn't deny the poor quality. I was asked if I wanted a credit or refund to which I responded refund because yeah, terrible service. But they didn't refund the full amount. Overall, I can't speak to the other products but stay away from soft touch laminate on anything. And if you have an issue, I'd just suggest filing a complaint with PayPal because the "customer service" is non-existent and the live chat isn't actually live.

When they leave us they are checked and are in a good condition and it's unfortunate that they have arrived with slight scratches. Poor customer service. Gave incorrect instructions for printing then did not own their mistake, blamed me and denied any sort of compensation. I needed to print an A5 booklet made of half folded A4 sheets. After reading all Doxzoo articles about setting up the booket file, I was still unsure about wether I had to choose A4 or A5, so asked them in the live chat. I made pretty clear the end-product needed to be A5 and was told to select the A4 size for that, so I went ahead, followed their instructions and then received an A4 size booklet made of A3 sheets. When I complained, I was told that there was no fault on their end because, in a conversation about "How to setup artwork for a half folded booklet?", I could have been talking about printing lose sheets to then fold them myself at home... Very condescending and disrespectful.

We have taken a look at the correspondence we have had with yourself earlier today and note that we offered you print credit for the total amount for you to go ahead and re-order with corrected specification. We are sorry for the miscommunication there was previously however our customer service team responded to the question referring to "half fold" which we took to believe you were ordering a folded sheet, in which case the advice given was correct. However as you were ordering a booklet, a different specification should have been selected. We recognised that there was a miscommunication and offered the print credit for you to re-order.
