“The quality is excellent, and there are many print options, diffeerent paper weights, bindings, etc. It's usually easy to design and see your product on the site beforer you order it, but if you have any problem whatsoever, customer service respond immediately and couldn't be more helpful. All this comes at a very low price. No way I am slogging down to the photocopy shop to print, arrange and collate while Doxzoo is available!”

Hello Kim Thank you for your order and sorry it hasn't arrived yet. I am afraid Royal Mail do not guarantee a delivery time and we have no way of tracking it. If an order is urgent we suggest customers use either our optional courier service or signed delivery. If your order does not arrive in the next 2-3 days we would of course be happy to reprint for you.

“The website was so easy to use. I had all the information I needed to decide which was the best solution for my printing needs. A few clicks and it was all done. I particularly liked being able to see what the order would look like once I'd loaded my file. I ordered my prints on Friday and they arrived on Wednesday and I'm thrilled with them - Thank you!”

“The printing was of a high standard, delivered quickly and safely, and exactly as ordered. I will use your service again. The only thing was not noticing that I had ordered a black and white version. Perhaps it could be made clearer that you must select full colour.”

“1st print had some pages incorrectly printed twice and was unhappy with the fact I could only choose 100gsm in the order process so quality was low. Was kindly reprinted and quality was better, however, after handing in final major project at uni to be shown in degree show, many pages began falling out. Very disappointing. However, customer service from Hannah was prompt and helpful.”
