Very disappointed with the product. I ordered 4 ringbinders, and none of them close. They would all disclose confidential information, and in my line of work, confidentiality is a paramount. I will now have to look elsewhere. Waste of £40. I have emailed them and also done live chat but have had no response. I'm sure they will come back with you never asked for it to be able to close. Should have stuck to tesco or vistaprint. Would give 0 stars if possible.
