Hi Lulu, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry for the late notice. Your artwork passed the studio checks which took place immediately after ordering. However issues came to light when it was sent to print and the machine was unable to process it. Thank you for resupplying the files at a smaller size. “I prepared the word document before uploading it to Doxzoo. I have to say the front cover editor is fiddly (trying to type the name of the book on the seam) and it took a while to get this right. I am generally pleased with the quality of the printed book that was delivered.”

“First class delivery took a bit longer than expected but the printing quality was absolutely amazing and it looks very professional with the laminate and acetate and all the other features on offer so I will definitely be using this site again in the very near future.”

“Hi there, unfortunately some of the prints got damaged either during transit (which has happened before) or during the printing process. I can say that you dealt with the problem although the resolution didn't quite go as expected but that too was dealt with. I understand sending all work in one package but if you've a combination of A3 and A4 pieces and with the A4 pieces greater in number - and weight - it would be helpful if the A3 prints were securely stored in the package so they would be damaged by the larger A4 printing.”

“For the most part, my orders are delivered to a very high standard. My only quibble is over the lengthy delivery times of late. Waiting 5 working days when it used to be 2 is a bit annoying.”

Regarding turnaround speed, we offer a choice of 4 processing times in line with urgency - same day, next day, 2 day and 5 day. 5 day is free, however you are welcome to upgrade to 2 day (or sooner) for a small fee if required. “The printing was very good as usual, but the packaging was considerable less good, as the prints were not so well protected in the envelope as they have been before in the cardboard folders you used to use.”
