“Good site, but initially after the bank holiday I had problems uploading, which I assume was a technical problem. As I had the documents sent to a third party, I am not able to comment on the quality or delivery, unless my client does contact me.”

“Site didn’t work correctly and customer service was awful. Took four hours to order prints. Would have taken three if the person helping me on ‘live chat’ hadn’t gone on lunch for an hour without letting me know, half way through dealing with my query. Absolute waste of time.”

“I have always been pleased with my orders, but recently since the new website has been launched I've noticed a difference in the delivery. Delivery used to be FREE if you spent £25.00 and be with you in 2-3 days. Now the service has changed and if you require FREE delivery you have to wait quite sometime or pay extra for a quick service. This may require me looking elsewhere for my items,”

Hi Diane, Thanks for your review and latest order. UK delivery remains free for all orders over £25. The fee you are referring to is the production charge, which is payable depending on which turnaround time is chosen. 5 day production is free on all orders, however an additional charge is payable for our same day, next day or 2 day service. For the speediest service we recommend same day or next day turnaround and courier delivery. For the cheapest service, we recommend five day turnaround and courier delivery (free over £25) or Royal Mail (if applicable). Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

“fast, efficient service, which makes it easy to do mock ups and correct quickly. I wish there were more paper options, though. But, I would highly reccomend Doxzoo to anyone needing high quality printing fast.”

“The printing and binding were great, exactly as ordered and on time. I would like to be able to have the wire binding with a harder card back cover option if possible- the available card option I went for is a floppy/flexible card.”

“Doxzoo has been an easy and quick process to print out sheet music for my company. I have been able to create booklets for each instrument which saves so much hassle of loose sheets! We have some files which we would love to be able to edit when uploaded onto Doxzoo which would mean splitting existing PDFs and creating new documents to print. Otherwise, a great service!”

“Very impressed with the quality of the printing at Doxzoo! I placed a very small order initially in hopes the quality would be good enough for me to use on a regular basis for my small wedding and baby stationery business and it definitely is - will gladly be ordering again. My only comment would be the 350gsm didn't feel as thick as I expected it to be, it would be nice if it was possible to make it thicker than this!”

“It s okay.... Just the images are a little bit dark and the cut not perfect. But I m satisfied. Is possible to receive some example of pieces of silk paper because I don't know what is it but I could be interested in the future. Thanks”

Please send photos of the issues to us via Live Chat and we'll investigate further. Regarding samples. we do not currently offer a sample pack. “Happy with the printing, not so happy with the delivery. Ordered on the 25th of July, dispatched on the 1st Aug, arrived on 7th Aug. There is a delivery issue to the Scottish islands, Royal mail would be a nice option to be able to use here as it is usually cheaper and quicker.”
