“great service. It would be good if you could offer 'printing on acetate'. Also your website could be improved in a couple of ways: 1. I could not see an 'add another page' button and had to go back to the 'home' screen to do this. 2. The button to increase the number of copies increases every time you click it and 'updates the price, etc. While this sounds great, it involves a delay while the screen updates. This is not too bad if you only want 3 copies but what if I want 100 copies?”

HI Gerard, Thank you for your review and suggestions. 1. Yes currently there is no way to add blank pages after file upload. Instead you must amend the uploaded file(s). 2. “Good product good delivery. Preparation was made more difficult by website not being clear the design tool was optimised only for Chrome and not for Edge or other browsers”

“Excellent results. I'm very happy with the finish. My only complaint would be that free courier delivery on orders over £25 should be just that; not "free only if you choose a day next week when today is Monday"”

Hi Segun, Thanks for your review and recent order. UK delivery is free over £25, however an additional fee is payable for same day, next day and 2 day production. If you choose 5 day production, it is free. On your latest order you selected 2 day production, which meant 10% of the product total was payable as the production fee (£2.51). Regarding delivery cost, we note that you've chosen the same day production option. This is the most expensive choice. To save on costs, we recommend the free 5 day turnaround option.
