“The site is really simple to use and clear to understand. This was a huge benefit. I also liked the delivery options which enabled me to keep the costs down if I wasn't in a hurry. Deliveries have been on time and the quality is very good. I had a complicated request and needed to use Chat to resolve it. Unfortunately it couldn't be achieved but the service was good none the less.”

“I was happy with the service, but I had trouble figuring out how to order 5 pages each of two PDF documents. The system wanted to combine them into one two page document. I got what I wanted but not in the way I expected.”

Hi John, Thanks for your feedback and recent order. You can add each document separately to your basket and specify the number of copies for each. E.g. 2 documents x 5 copies each. “Excellent and very reasonably priced, beautiful end result and very happy indeed. The only reason I am not giving a 'very good' rating is the cover designer was good and easy to use but had a few bugs that need fixing. Other than that, fantastic”

Regarding delivery, your chosen method was Royal Mail 1st Class which provides an estimated delivery date only (it may take up to 5 days to arrive). “I'm afraid we had a bit of visitation from Mr Cock up with the first batch of items sent, however, when I complained, my complaint was dealt with very efficiently and a new batch of items was printed and dispatched on the same day. I am very pleased with the quality of the printing and would use the service again.”

“I only wanted 5 copies and Doxzoo had by far the best price. The order arrived ahead of schedule and looks very good. My only (small!) gripe would be that there is no option to print a few pages in colour which would have made my order look 5 star. The step in price from black & white print to all colour print is quite a bit. But I would recommend Doxzoo.”
