“The books look great and arrived on time. Slightly frustrating that there are restrictions on when they can go to print but other than that a good service.”

“Order arrived on time and print quality was good. Some folding to the corners in transit and I had forgotten to add a cardboard page at the back (but I think this bit is definitely my fault!). Would use again.”

“All documents arrived on the estimated date. They were separated using coloured sheets of paper which made sorting them easy and fast. The printing was good quality and everything was as expected. Would use again.”

“I ordered certificates and the quality of these were fantastic! Highly recommend. Only aspect to be improved would be the delivery time. It took a full week to be delivered, so not the best in circumstances where printing is required asap.”

“Order didn't arrive but likely down to Royal mail delivery. I asked for refund and Doxzoo were happy to provide one which is why I'm revising my review. I will order with you again in the future”

However we do advise that all Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated and non-trackable. The estimated nature of this service is echoed throughout the checkout process and on your dispatch email. “Quick turnaround and their ability to produce small quantities. Color isn't very well represented...maybe the printers need better colour calibration? But I needed a quick turnaround and 2 booklets printed, this will do.”

“I printed a large number of pages so the result only barely fits in the binding - perhaps a warning would have been good. Nonetheless, quality print at a good price.”

“The speed of service and quality of the printing were excellent. The only problem was that I had ticked that each PDF was to be stapled separately. Unfortunately, they were all stapled together, so I had 75 sets of handouts to unstaple and restaple...”

Hi Suzanne, Thanks for your review and latest order. We are sorry to hear that the document was not as expected. It was ordered as 1 x 46 page stapled document x 75 copies. The 'start each file on a new page' option refers to the double vs. single sided nature of the printing when multiple files are combined and double sided printing is selected. If you would like to split the document into multiple separate bound documents (stapled or otherwise), please add them as separate items within the basket. You can add the first document then click 'add another product' to continue with the second document etc. You are also welcome to message us at the time of ordering to double check the specification ordered.
