“Print quality is always good, very happy with the quick service and prompt help on Live Chat Few time when I ordered the Certificates, I got them printed both sides. Then I was given a very quick replacement. But it will be good if team on printing job is more careful to avoid the mistake.”

Hi Aneel, Thanks for your review and recent order. Coloured paper is available for a selection of products, including loose sheets. Colours include: white, deep red, pastel blue/green/yellow, cream. “Printed product is excellent. Good paper quality and print definition. Rated 4 stars as delivery was 2 working days later than described despite £12 printing, postage and packaging fee. Overall satisfied though - thank you”

Regarding delivery, we are sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver on your estimated delivery date. However please note that this delivery method is not designed for urgent orders or deadlines. Instead, we recommend the trackable and guaranteed DPD option. The nature of this service is mentioned throughout checkout, on your order email and dispatch email (quoted below): "Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. Please allow 1 week (5 delivery days) for delivery before contacting us." The £12.24 you've mentioned also includes your next day production fee. For a cheaper service, please choose the free 5 day turnaround option. We do also offer free UK courier delivery on orders over £25. As your product sub-total was only a few pounds short of this, it may have been more economical to add an extra item to your basket and qualify for free delivery, vs. pay for delivery separately. “Hi Doxzoo, Just to let you know for future orders of 'blue' paper from the printer you used for my last order DZ053366 that this was not the light blue paper I expected and the black print is harder to read with this background. I have included a photo. Thanks so much for contacting me so promptly. The matter has been resolved and this was clearly a one off. I shall continue to use your services which up to the last order I have always found very good.”

“I use Doxzoo a lot for my small digital art and stationery business. My most used products are the wire bound notebooks, postcards and the regular A4 sheets. I like using Doxzoo due to the easy to use interface as it’s very straight forward. A few times there has been an issue with my order when received (ie printed double sided instead of single, not aligned in the middle of the page, notebook without the design I made on the back cover etc) but I’ve contacted the team using the live chat function and have been sent a replacement quickly which is nice. See the attached image for products I have had printed at Doxzoo. :)”

“Got to delivered very quickly and had my design throughout. Only some problems like my images not going full bleed on the page and the image of my cover not uploading but other than that, it was what I needed.”
