“The van broke down on our removal day, from London to Somerset, which was testing to say the least. But in the end we got here via the AA cover. Ok, it took all day, we arrived at 1 am in the morning, but we were grateful for the emergency cover. And Dorset vehicles picked up the van the next day so things were resolved in the end. These issues can't be avoided, so don't blame Dorset Vehicles for the breakdown. Just our bad luck on the day. Otherwise they seem a reasonable company to deal with. If all had gone well on the day I'm sure I'd be giving them a better rating and review.”

“I hired a ford tourneo 9 seater 19 plate to drive to Austria which was a very comfortable and reliable vehicle, only issue I had with it was that only half of the front windscreen would defrost, and as it was minus 11 there, it was a bit of a problem. But other than that The vehicle was excellent. As for the staff that served me and accepted the vehicle back they could do with being a little bit more happier. It didn’t seem to be a very friendly service. But as he wasn’t coming with me to Austria it didn’t really matter. But would definitely recommend to hire from this company as I will again if needed.”

“Having recently moved to Gillingham, I used Dorset Vehicle Rentals when I needed to hire a transit van to collect some of my belongings that were in storage. I booked the van online and was provided with clear information about what I needed to present when collecting it. The van itself was almost new and in very good condition. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided by the staff, the cost of hire and the van itself. I would highly recommend.”
