“The vehicle was a poor simulation of a car - the engine is weak and the pick-up very clunky. Service etc was great, though.”

I would recommend if you would like a higher engine next time, to book a larger car as unfortunately the small automatics aren't built necessarily for speed. Please can you elaborate on the pick-up clunky? - If this is a mechanical fault with the car did you make one of the staff aware on return or during your hire? “I have used Dorsey Van Rental for several years. It is an extremely professional and efficient company who make doing business with them a real pleasure. There have never been any complications and above all they are staffed by a team of friendly, helpful and most courteous people. I always enjoy my dealings with them.”

“I usually hate renting cars and vans - it's such a hassle. The exception is Dorset Vehicle Rentals which I've now used 3 times. Relaxed, efficient, no hidden penalties - a pleasure to deal with. Thank you”

“Recently I was 150 miles from home and my car broke down and I needed a rental car. Knowing no-one in Yeovil I contacted Dorset Vehicle Rentals. The service I received was 5*. Between their office's in Yeovil & Bridport I was mobile very quickly with help from Shane and his colleagues. I was even due a small refund at the end of the rental and this was arranged without delay. Their help was professional, positive and seamless. Thank You.”
