Delivery very late. Little help was offered via customer service after emailing, the explanation provided was simply that delivery times vary- no offer of tracking or return of delivery charge, which wasn't cheap. Would have been helpful to have more accurate delivery estimates in the run up to Christmas- as obviously this information is what customers choose their delivery option based on. Disappointing delivery and customer service response.
