“Recently placed an order for two dog coats and paid for them over the phone only to be contacted later to say one of the items was indefinitely out of stock, this should have been checked at the time of placing the order. On the plus side, the refund was implemented in a timely manner.”

“Payment system could be better. Leave any fields out not automatically filled and you have to go back and start all over again!! I had 3 attempts before it worked correctly!Not great”

Dear Antony Sorry no we don't appear to have received your email. To request an exchange simply return your unused bed with a note requesting an exchange to the size bed you require, once received we will arrange this for you and contact you for payment if there is a price difference.

“These dog tags are beautifully made but I would have welcomed clear information on the site about the exact size and weight of each option. I havered between medium and large for my labrador and couldn't see the information I needed. I opted for large, which is much too big and heavy and I will have to order again . Money wasted.”

“Very good product at standard price. Delivery was very slow. Ordered on a Friday lunch time and took until the following Thursday afternoon for delivery! Otherwise good online shop.”

“Know that the product is excellent. Delivery lets the seller down. Ordered on a Sunday, Despatch on Mon passed over. Despatched Tue on a 48hr Parcel Force - that meant Thu. Notified by PF delivery would be 3.30 to 4.30pm Thu - then, nothing. Actually delivered Fri, no apologies, no excuses. Seller should have despatched Mon, delivery should have been Wed. Recommended different courier to seller.”
