“Bubble container very flimsy. Generally not very robust - but works ok- unfortunately my 🐩 dog not impressed! Normally very playful!”

“My orders have always been delivered promptly. However, I haven’t received any acknowledgement of a returned item on 2nd May and am still waiting to be credited with the cost of the item.”

“Didn't really do what I wanted and the cage still moved around. Also I was actually a bit worried about it being swallowed by the puppy because the feet can be easily dislodged from its position.”

“The dog tag itself is fine, but the attachment ring is awful. I have split both thumb nails trying to fit the, much wider, tag onto this and then attach the, much wider, collar ring. It would be a thousand time easier for the customer if the tag at least came with the ring attached. It needs to be robust, but it is far too robust for me to use (female).”

“Bought one each for two of our dogs and both took to them immediately (albeit sometimes to the same one). However, our Romanian rescue dog likes to make his own bed and by the second night the cushion was in tatters. These need to be made of much more resilient material!”

“Ordered wrong size and not the harness dog coat! Then realised there is no free returns so had to pay to return unwanted item. Now waiting for replacement, correct size and spec coat! I really hope it is as described so can keep this one. Service was prompt and helpful so now just keeping my fingers crossed.”

“Quick delivery. Seems quite thick metal but had expected the engraving to be deeper. Have already gone through three tags in the last year due to poor quality (they weren't from Doggie Solutions) so hopefully this one will last!!!”
