I received notification that the item was despatched, but two weeks later the item hadn’t arrived. The tracking number tracked to Royal Mail which was not recognised. I queried with Doggie Solutions where the item is, and they told me the item was despatched using Evri and they provided me with the link to Evri. Evri is notoriously bad, everybody knows this; I don’t know why retailers still use them! Doggie Solutions could have tracked it for me and told me the status. Evri’s website did not hold any tracking information either, it just said they were still awaiting the item. I queried this with Doggie Solutions too. Instead of reassuring me that they were investigating with Evri, they just simply offered me a refund and told me to place the order again. They could have despatched the item again but didn’t. Before I agreed to have the money refunded, they refunded it anyway. Fair enough, I have my refund, but the level of customer service is very poor. They don’t seem bothered that an item has gone missing, and they made no attempt to track it down. I won’t bother ordering from Doggie Solutions again.
