“I normally like box fresh and immaculate products when ordering most goods, especially a mobile phone, so I was a bit reluctant initially about ordering a phone in this way and it's possible condition. As the company was local and the phone was great value for money, I thought I would take a chance. I need not have worried, as the quality of the phone is fantastic to the advertised condition and the service was very impressive too. Thank you!”

“Never heard of this company before my purchase but the product I was after was considerably cheaper on this site than its' rivals. Website was easy to navigate and use. Product was described as A1 condition and indeed it arrived (quickly) in pristine condition. I do not know where their stock comes from but the product appeared to be brand new with all the usual manuals and protective plastic covers. Product has worked perfectly from day one and I would definitely put District Electricals on my short-list when purchasing in the future.”

“Ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy 46mm watches. Watches were listed as Grade A catalogue or store returns. Watch 1 arrived in very good condition, not new but i was happy with this. Watch 2 arrived a couple of days later. I would regrade this watch as Grace C. The watch was filthy, had grime set in the buttons, few scratches and the strap was worn, which we have now replaced. Had i not been in hospital i would have returned the watch. Overall, not a positive experience and i would not recommend District Electricals.”
