“I bought a refurbished Samsung Tablet A. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Brilliant service too which, under the current lockdown, is amazing. Very swift delivery. Very pleased with the tablet. Really, there is little point buying a brand new one with prices like this.”

“purchased on the understanding that recorded and signed for delivery standard. The item was left unsigned for on porch and message sent to me it had been signed for and delivered. I complained in writing to the company. and had no reply. I was just lucky The package was still on the porch when arriving home.”

“I can't emphasize enough how very happy I am with District Electricals "outstanding" customer service and I want to show their entire team my appreciation by writing a deserving review for you all to read. (Btw...this is the first review I've ever written online for a retailer I've exchanged with). I came across District Electricals online when I was shopping for a S9 phone at the best price. I was sceptical about their company since I'd never heard of them and they were the cheapest so I gave them a quick call to ask a few questions about their business, making sure they were legit. (You never know these days). I spoke to a nice gentelman on the phone that reassured me - so I took my chances and ordered a S9 in 'pristine' condition. The following day I received my phone that had been carefully packaged and bubble wrapped but unfortunately I found it to have a slight fault. I contacted District Electricals via e-mail to let them know about the issue and 20 minutes later I received a reply from Mike instructing me to send the phone back and a promise that they would sort it out at the earliest opportunity. The following morning I was informed by District Electricals that they unfortunately didn't have another S9 in 'pristine' condition in the same colour I had ordered but offered me another S9 in 'excellent' condition. I wasn't sure if I was happy to swap from a 'pristine' to an 'excellent' so I gave their team the daunting task of sending me pictures of the phone I was meant to be swapping to (which they happily did and in no time). I was still unsure since it had couple of tiny little scratches on the screen. Being a difficult customer I asked for a full refund unless they could provide me with a phone to my standards and expectations. In the end District Electricals ended up "hand picking" my phone to my needs. I received my phone yesterday and all I can say it's more than "excellent" and the description they gave to me prior buying it was spot on! I wouldn't hesitate shopping with District electricals again! Their customer service is outstanding and they've proven to me that they are more than trustworthy.
