Purchased item (Samsung A12) sold as new item. This was dispatched promptly and so far it works fine. However, item arrived in squashed corners original box. Device did not have any protective foils on display or cameras. Instead there were lots of fingerprints on screen and rear camera. Clearly not brand new device! There was no time to complain or return item, as this was birthday present - 1st phone for our DD.

Hi Jaroslav, Sorry that you were disappointed with your phone. You did buy it as a new unsealed product and I can assure you that the phone was indeed brand new and never used. These are UK stock that have been opened due to damage to the packaging. This was stated in the description. We do test the phones and sorry if we left any fingerprints on it. There is not a protective foil on the camera or the screen on this model. I understand that as you bought this as a gift, the condition of the packaging was more important to you. If you had brought any of these concerns to us before I am sure that we could have reassured you. I hope that you buy from us again and give us another chance. I ordered the Samsung 40" TV over a week before the date I needed it for a Power Point presentation I was giving to a luncheon group in a local hotel. I buy many things via the internet and so expected speedy delivery. The delivery cost at £30 was very expensive but I decided to pay it to get the TV quickly. Three days before the due date I started to worry about delivery and I emailed District Electricals and explained why I needed the TV before Wednesday lunchtime. They replied it would be delivered on Wednesday but could not give me a time slot. I had to take my small TV because the order had not been delivered by the time I had to give the presentation. Needless to say the audience could not see my small screen monitor satisfactorily and I could have cried. I have nothing to say against the product, it is brilliant and good value but I do not need this huge TV for my home, it is for work, and the delivery was very poor.
