“Buying process was great. Only fault was with the courier who went to the wrong address, I had to spend hours online and on the phone arranging a redelivery, as this was needed as a gift.”

“Great value and outstanding service. I bought a new Samsung watch (customer return/ refurbished) at a really good price....then wondered if I had made a mistake! I didnt need to worry. Over the next few days I got regular updates on the status of my order (which gave me confidence) and two days earlier than offered the watch arrived.....and I was thrilled to see it was brand new / unmarked and still in the original packaging. Not sure what relationship they have with their suppliers in order to get such great deals but I have been recommending them to everyone for the last few weeks.....”

“Paid £200 less for my soundbar (well, £180 after delivery charges). They kept me informed and made sure delivery wasn't on the day I wouldn't be at home for. Packaging a little battered but the product is as new and no one would ever tell the difference. £180 saved and a small business supported.”

“The tablet I bought was hundreds of pounds cheaper than anywhere else, purely because it was a returned item. It arrived boxed and packaged as new, and I'm really delighted with it. I'm very pleased with District Electricals and they'd be my first choice to go back to for similar items.”

“I will be honest I thought I was taking a gamble... but I am very happy to say it paid of and I got a top bit of kit for a fair saving. So convinced I bought another tablet of them. Cannot fault District Electricals, will definitely be buying from them again”

“Very pleased with my purchase of a Samsung s5e tablet. Came in perfect condition, slight dent on the box but nothing to worry about. Price and delivery was exceptional! As I live close to the shop but ordered online one of the employees offered to deliver it personally on their way home! I would highly recommend districtelecticals and will definitely be buying from them again.”

“Great notification of the item and where it is but could do with transparency about the state of the item, as I thought my item was brand new but the seal and sellotape were previously opened.”
