“I was informed it would take 24 hours for my device to be unlocked. It actually took 30 mins to 1 hour for my device to be unlocked and activated under a new carrier. Hightly reccomend.”

“Very pleased with the process. After an initial check , pay the fee then the unlocking begins. It only took 20 minutes for the message to come through that my phone had been unlocked. Then I fitted my sim card from the new provider and straight away changed networks with no issues.
