“I was a bit skeptical at first using this website but this is the 3rd phone I have unlocked through them. They first go through the eligibility that the phone is not stolen so you will have to pay that first. The fee varies on different phones. Usually took an hour or so. Then you get the approval that it is ready to be unlocked so you will pay the unlocking fee. Keep in mind that your payment card may be
rejected and set a flag to your bank thinking it's a fraudulent transaction because it's another purchase on same day. Once the unlocking fee is paid, you will receive a notice from this website stating to verify it is you using this payment card by providing a screen shot of the transaction or a picture of yourself with your identification if you do not have online banking. (Believe me, I was even more skeptical about it but now understand the need for it).
You can check the progress of the unlocking providing the email transactions you receive through percentage completion. It took a few days to complete. One of my phones only took 2 days and other took 6 days. They give detailed instructions on how to enter the unlocking codes if needed. I have unlocked 2 Android phones and 1 IPhone.
