“The process of unlocking my iPhone 11 Pro Max is great but I didn’t like how they got you to pay two separate prices. The first one was for an eligibility check and the second one was for the actual unlock itself.
The length of time it took to unlock my phone was around a day which was great, it was locked to EE but they managed to unlock it so my O2 SIM card worked with my phone.”

“The service is good and reliable, what I didn't like is the way they "trick you" to buy. They publish a $28.99 price but that's just to get you since it's an eligibility check, so after you pay the $28.99 and realice you paid for an eligibility check now you have to pay another $50 for the actual unlock, and of course you don't want to lose the first money you paid so you end up doing it. Other than that the service is great, easy to monitor and follow the progress of your unlock, everything was ready in just a couple of days.”
