This is a true scam. on the first page of their website you hit a button to unlock your SIM card. They explain how it's super easy and done instantly. You pay the fee which is $29 and then you get no email about your order. after I receive no email I emailed them wondering why the service was not provided even though I paid. I never got a response and then I went back to the website where they have a tool to track your order. when I tracked my order they come up with a page saying to give them $45 more. basically they charge you $29 saying they're going to unlock your phone but it is a scam all they do is check that your IMEI is clean. They never unlock your phone. The reason I knew right away something was wrong was because I never received an email verifying my order. They are a scam I do not suggest you use them.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns about your recent experience with our service. I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered some confusion regarding the process. It's extremely important to us that our customers have a clear understanding of the service they are receiving. To clarify, there are two separate payments involved in the unlocking process. The initial fee is for the Eligibility Check, which is conducted to ensure that your phone can be unlocked and that it is not blacklisted or already unlocked. Following a positive eligibility result, the actual unlocking process requires a separate payment. I understand it can be frustrating not to receive an email confirmation; sometimes, these emails can end up in spam or junk folders. If you haven't already, please check those folders to ensure the communication hasn't been missed. Furthermore, if you haven't received the services you've paid for or if there's any other aspect of the service you're unhappy with, we'd like to invite you to contact our Live Support through your tracking page. This way, we can personally address your case, especially since we don't have your IMEI or order reference to look it up right now. Our intention is never to mislead or inconvenience you, and we genuinely want to help resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Please reach out to our support team, who will gladly assist you through the process. Warm regards, Charlotte

Getting that percentage measured correctly would require a different type of sample and method. Closely related to that question, Galena Rhoades and I found in a previous study that 16 percent of those followed into marriage in the study’s parent project reported that they had cheated on their eventual spouse sometime before their marriage.[viii] In this new study, 45 percent of individuals who reported cheating on their partner in the first relationship reported also doing so in the second. Among those who had not cheated in the first, far fewer (18 percent) cheated in the second. While the odds of cheating on a partner were far greater if one had done so in the past, a person cheating in one relationship was not destined to do so in the next. In fact, slightly more people who had cheated in the first relationship studied did not report cheating in the second. cloudgeeksync@gmail. com cloudfoneclone. com

It’s a scam. First they offer the service for $28, then after the payment they ask more $39 to provide the service. Don’t buy from this website.

Hello Marco, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I understand the confusion regarding the two-step payment process and I'd like to clarify this for you. When unlocking a phone like your ZTE P650 2021 from Optus Australia, there are indeed two separate payments. The first payment of $28.99 that you've made is for the Eligibility Check. This step ensures that your phone can be unlocked and meets the necessary criteria for the service. As outlined on our checkout page, this is followed by the Unlocking Payment, which is necessary to proceed with the actual unlocking of your phone. We strive for transparency and make sure that all costs are detailed prior to purchase. I encourage you to complete the unlocking process so you can realize the benefits of having your phone unlocked by Direct Unlocks. Rest assured, our team is committed to providing you with a positive experience and we are here to support you through every step. Should you decide to proceed with the Unlocking Payment, we're ready to continue providing our service to unlock your ZTE P650 2021. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. Best regards, Charlotte

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand multiple payments can be frustrating, and I'm here to clarify the process for you. Initially, when you paid the $28, it was for an eligibility check, which is outlined in our terms as a requirement and cost that is incurred immediately. Following this, there was an additional payment of $45 for the unlock code. Our terms and conditions explain that unlocking steps are sequential, with each carrying its own separate cost (Section 3 'Legality of Service' and Section 7 '100% Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy'). I'm sorry to hear you've been informed that your phone could not be unlocked through the standard process and that it requires a remote USB unlock. This can indeed involve additional costs, but remember, as per our refund policy, if the remote USB service is incompatible or does not work, a refund will be provided. We aim for transparency and all costs are outlined on our checkout page before you decide to proceed. If you're encountering difficulties or are dissatisfied with the service, I'd like to assist you further to rectify the situation. Without your IMEI, it's challenging to address the specifics of your order, so could you please provide that? Alternatively, for immediate assistance and resolution, I encourage you to use the Live Support feature on your tracking page. We value your business and are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Let us help you through this so we can find a satisfactory resolution. Kind regards, Charlotte

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the payment process. To clarify, the initial payment of $28.99 covers the eligibility check to ensure your phone can be unlocked. As outlined in our terms and conditions (section 7.3), eligibility checks are vital to understand the status of your device and are part of the unlocking process. As your device is eligible, the next step in the process would indeed be the unlocking payment. We understand your frustration regarding the costs, especially in relation to the value of your device. However, the charges are for the unlocking service, not the physical device. These additional costs are in place due to the technical work involved in the unlocking process, which often requires coordination with carriers and data providers. We ensure that all costs are clearly outlined on the checkout page prior to any purchase, and we maintain transparency throughout the process. Your device’s current status is awaiting the unlocking payment, and by proceeding, you would be able to use your phone with freedom across various networks. Should you have any more questions or if you would like assistance with the unlocking process, please don’t hesitate to use the Live Support option in your tracking page, and we will do our best to guide you through the necessary steps. Best regards, Charlotte

Hello, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. I understand how the process could seem confusing, and I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. To clarify, the initial payment you made covers the eligibility check required to determine if your phone can be unlocked. This step is essential before proceeding with the actual unlocking process. While it's regrettable to hear that your phone requires a remote technician to unlock, this can sometimes happen depending on the specific circumstances of the phone's lock status. Rest assured that our team is committed to providing a solution, and we encourage you to continue with the technician’s assistance to help unlock your device. Our costs are outlined during the checkout process, and we strive to be transparent with the service descriptions and payment stages. No further payments would be taken without your consent. If you have any additional concerns or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to use the Live Support feature on your tracking page with your IMEI number handy. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that the process and costs involved were not as clear as they could have been. We strive to make sure that all the information is laid out transparently for our customers. Our service involves an Eligibility Check at an initial cost, which determines if your phone can be unlocked. After this, an Unlocking Payment is required to proceed with the actual unlocking. These costs are indeed separate, and we try to make sure this is outlined on our checkout page before any purchase is made. We understand that proceeding with an additional payment can be frustrating, but we assure you that this is a legitimate part of the process for unlocking your phone. If your status is awaiting payment, continuing with the process will lead to unlocking your phone, allowing it to be used on different networks. Should you decide to proceed with the unlocking and need guidance, please provide us with your IMEI number so we can check the status of your order, and our support team will be happy to assist you further. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM RUN!!!! Read below and I’ll explain how the scam works - the ONLY actual capability they have is to blacklist devices for the financial extraction of victims as part of the scam. 5/14/23 I am testing this unlocking service and am doing updates how it progresses. I’ve read the reviews and will continuously update how this goes. Hopefully they can do what they say and it’s legit. Will update cross posts. I am SIM locked to Verizon’s network and want to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I ordered their “unlock check” today and have paid them twice. Lets see what happens. 5/16/23 - Ordered Service, paid $28 to “check” my IMEI. 5/16/23 - Got an email saying they are able to unlock my phone and to pay another…..$45. That was paid and now I have a pretty 7 day countdown timer I have access to online. Will update to five stars if it actually works. 5/17/23 Directunlocks contacts me through trustpilot and asks for my IMEI and my device is blacklisted 2 hours later. I counted the phone as a burner phone for this test so they can’t manipulate me to pay them more for fear of them placing a fraudulent blacklist on my device. I simply don’t care but my story is here as a cautionary tale to you. Just a snake oil scam.

Hello! Thank you for leaving a review and updating us on your experience. I'm sorry to hear that you are having concerns regarding the service provided. To address your experience effectively, can you please confirm your IMEI number? This detail is crucial to locate your order and understand the specifics of your case. Regarding the multiple payments, I apologize if this was not clear from the outset, but as outlined on our checkout page, all phones do require an Eligibility check first, followed by an Unlocking Payment. This is a two-step process to ensure we can unlock your specific device. About your status being blacklisted, I'm concerned to hear this and want to assure you that we do not have the capability to blacklist devices. If you believe there has been a mistake or a wrongful blacklisting of your device, please contact us directly through your tracking page's Live Support so we can look into the issue for you. Hello Gabriela Isusi, I'm truly sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with us. We aim for complete customer satisfaction and it seems we've missed the mark in your case. I'd like to assure you that we are a legitimate service dedicated to helping unlock devices. Your current order status indicates that your iPhone 11 Pro Max is "Hard-Locked," which typically means the carrier has applied an additional level of security. In line with our policies—specifically under section "7.5"—for hard-locked phones, we issue a credit note for the amount paid, since these situations require significant effort to attempt an unlock. While I understand your frustration, I'd love the opportunity to help resolve this situation and improve your view of our services. The credit note you have been issued is available for you to use against any other service we offer, which could be beneficial for a different device you may need assistance with in the future. If there's anything more we can do to assist you and turn your experience around, please don't hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Charlotte

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. Upon review, it does appear that you've been refunded the €42.00 for the Standard Unlock service. As for the €26.99 Eligibility Check fee, as mentioned in our terms, this is a non-refundable cost for the service already performed. I understand that receiving a credit note instead of a refund can be disappointing, especially when your expectations have not been met. However, the credit note provides flexibility to use on any future unlocking service we offer that might be of interest to you. It's important to us that our customers are satisfied, and we would appreciate the opportunity to assist you in possibly finding another one of our services that can meet your needs. If there's anything specific you're concerned about or an alternative solution you'd like to explore, please let us know, and we'd be happy to assist you further. Warm regards, Charlotte

Direct Unluck is a Scam. First of all the website said it costs $23.99 to unlock your phone. After you pay that money, another $44.99 for the unlock code. 2 days later, they charge you another 74.99 for software and cable (I never received a Danm cable). In the end, they said the Phone is compatible with our USB unlocking software. is a Samsung S7. don't bother your self you use this website unless you want to be scammed. It will be easy for me to buy a used phone for less money.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the unlocking process for your Samsung S7. I'd like to provide some clarity on the charges you've mentioned. The initial payment of $23.99 covers the Eligibility Check, which is a necessary step to determine if the phone can be unlocked with our services as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Following this, the unlocking payment of $44.99 is for the actual process of unlocking the phone. The additional charge you mentioned would usually be associated with the Remote USB Unlock service, which is required for some devices if they are not eligible for code unlocking. Please note that all costs should be clearly outlined on the checkout page before you complete any purchase. We understand the frustration with additional costs, but our aim is to unlock your phone successfully, and sometimes additional steps are necessary depending on the phone's status and network criteria. Regarding the cable, our Remote USB Unlock service typically uses cables you already have – the standard one you use for charging should work. If you have concerns about your phone compatibility or the process, our technicians are here to assist and can often address any problems without the need for physically sending out cables. I see your phone is compatible with our USB unlocking software. I would encourage you to continue the process, and our team will guide you through the next steps. We want to ensure a successful unlock of your phone, and we'll do our utmost to assist you. If you haven't already, please reach out through the Live Support on your tracking page and provide your IMEI so we can address your specific concerns more effectively. We're here to help turn your experience around.

I went through the whole deal and was told that they couldn't unlock my phone because it didn't ask for an unlock code. They said that I was to receive a $74 credit to use on their site. They explained another method that could be used to unlock my phone. On their site when I tried to use the credit that they had given me, it would not accept the credit and began deleting my info as quick as I could enter it. I believe that their reviews are fake and they are running a scam. I will keep on them until I get satisfaction. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can't afford to take a loss like this. I understand that as a senior citizen on a fixed income, financial concerns are particularly important, and I want to ensure we address this matter appropriately. Hello, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and I'm sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with the process. I'd like to clarify that the initial payment of $28.99 is for the Eligibility Check to ensure your iPhone 12 Pro from Softbank Japan can be unlocked. Hello Eliana, I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you've encountered with the unlocking process for your iPhone X. I understand how disappointing it is when the service doesn't meet your expectations, especially after the wait and the financial commitment you've made. You've mentioned that your order status is "Hard-Locked," and I want to address this specifically. As per our Refund Policy, hard-locked phones by the carrier are indeed not eligible for a refund as stated, "Hard-Locked Phones: If your phone is hard-locked by the carrier, no refund is provided." However, I can see that you have been issued a credit note, and while I understand this isn't the solution you were initially seeking, a credit note allows you to utilize the value towards any sim unlocking service we offer in the future. Our goal is to provide a positive experience and assist you in resolving any issues within the scope of our policies. If you would like to discuss how you can use your credit note or if there's anything we can do to help you with a different service, please do get in touch with us. Kindest regards, Charlotte

From the get go this company has been less then professional. If you can even call them that. Hidden cost, not well explained. You have no way to contact them at all. They do not answer there emails! Really makes you think they are running a scam. Hoping after they don't contact you, that you will just forget about the money you paid and let it go. Not gonna happen this time! I have had phones unlocked before, and it has never taken this long before. It's probably been a week and 1/2 and I haven't heard anything from them. Beware if you use them, they also like to have reviews taken down and you blocked from leaving them if it does not suit them. I've seen other reports of this too.

Hello Christopher Leatherman, I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience with us has not met your expectations. Regarding the concerns about hidden costs, I want to assure you that all charges are outlined upfront on the checkout page, which includes the Eligibility Check at $28.99, followed by the Unlocking Payment. I understand the frustration of waiting and not having an immediate line of communication. Please know that we are dedicated to assisting you and our team is on hand to support you via email. As for the delays, the unlocking process can vary in time, and while we strive to unlock devices as quickly as possible, sometimes delays are outside our control. I noticed your order status is "Already Refunded", which I believe refers to your $83.00 payment for the Standard Unlock that was refunded to you. If your Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G does not ask for an unlock code with a non-AT&T SIM card, it may require a Remote USB Unlock service, which is an additional solution we provide for such cases. Please bear with us as we work to resolve your issue. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, and our team will certainly keep you updated every step of the way.
