“The service was quick and easy once I figured it out. The iPhone 14 I tried to unlock didn’t work and it was frustrating because the website says unlock any phone but it didn’t work. I was given credit and once I figured out how to use it I was able to unlock my iPhone SE. The whole process was super fast after I knew what to do and within 24 hours my phone was unlocked. I just wish the website explains that not every phone can be unlocked before you pay because they don’t offer refunds and no instructions on how to redeem the credit.”

Sorry but I don't quite understand your review. Do you mean that your phone data if faster with the eSim? That's down to the carrier you are using on the eSim.
Regarding your unlock, both eSim and physical sim are unlocked at the same time.

“I Initially called my mobile provider who informed me they will not be unlocking my phone.
I then did a search online. Found the website direct unlock and they appeared to be the most professional interface of a website. In fact I did not find another website who matched the price. I proceeded and was informed of the steps instantly and the prices. I provided my IMeI number and they informed me my device was eligible and I then proceeded to the unlock. It was more or less instant. I received email confirmation instantly. A plus was that I could use Apple Pay making the process a lot quicker. I was pleased with the service and grateful overall as my mobile provider said it was not possible.”

If your phone doesn't prompt for an unlocking code when you insert a non-Vodafone SIM card, you will need to opt for a Remote USB Unlock, which requires an additional fee.
Please note, as outlined in our refund policy:
