“The service its self is very good and very easy to do. The only issue I had is how long the process took. The iPhone 7 I wanted unlocked was an o2 phone. After doing some research I found out that the o2 phones are taking up to 20 days to unlock. I emailed for an update and I was sent a reply within an hour. So really good communication. Overall I’m happy my iPhone 7 is now unlocked.”
