“It was simple to find out what network the tablet was on was told it was unlocked but it wasn’t absolutely fuxk about with these has to make 3 payments and contacted live support still not resolved when contacted asked was ignored definitely dont recommended”

Please try this first (our unlock step for Apple devices): "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — please connect the iPad to Wi‑Fi, reboot it, then try again.
If it still shows locked, reply with your order number and the device IMEI/serial and tell me the exact status shown on your order page. If our system shows "unavailable" note that "This state means that it has not been possible to unlock the iPhone and further investigation is required to discover the reason for this." (10.1)
A couple of important notes before I escalate: "Pre‑orders... are not covered by our money back guarantee... we cannot refund the cost of the Eligibility Checks" (7.3), and if the device is iCloud Activation Locked or blacklisted a SIM unlock may not make the device usable and refunds may not apply ("Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." / 7.1).
