“I had been trying to sim unlock my phone through ee, after spending over an hour on the phone to them I gave up. I then searched and found Direct unlocks.
Initially I was a bit sceptical, but after reading some reviews I started the process. The first unlock through ee they went through didn’t work, which I then thought well that’s it then. However they then went to the manufacturer(apple) to get the unlock and overnight my phone was unlocked successfully and after checking in settings it proved it had been successful.
