Lamentablente no se desbloqueo, hice dos pagos uno de $24.000 cl y otro de $104.000 y sigue sin reconocer la red y probe con distinas SIM Entel-Chile, esto es una estafa... no hagan su desbloqueo en esta plataforma

Hola, soy Charlotte. Lamento que aún no funcione. Veo que tu pedido (realizado el 30 de abril de 2026) muestra el estado: "Desbloqueo completado" y que pagaste $24.99 (Verificación de elegibilidad) y $104 (Desbloqueo estándar). Primero, intenta este paso oficial: según nuestros términos, el desbloqueo de un iPhone debe completarse "conectando el teléfono a Wi-Fi, apagándolo y volviéndolo a encender" (Términos 8.1). Si ya lo hiciste y aún no acepta tarjetas SIM de Entel Chile, dime el mensaje exacto que aparece en pantalla (por ejemplo, "SIM no compatible", "Sin servicio", etc.) y envía un video corto que muestre el teléfono con una tarjeta SIM de Entel insertada. Según nuestra Política de Reembolso: "Problema específico del iPhone: Se ofrecen reembolsos si el desbloqueo de un iPhone falla únicamente debido al mensaje 'SIM incompatible'. Se requiere prueba en forma de video". Si tu video muestra eso, lo derivaremos a nuestros técnicos de inmediato y te indicaremos los pasos a seguir (en ocasiones, se requiere un Servicio Premium si no se cumplen los criterios). Envía el texto del mensaje que se muestra y el video corto, y lo derivaré a un nivel superior.

I am travelling to South America and explored the eSim option. I had to unlock my iPhone 14. This was done in a very professional way by DirectUnlocks in an impressive time. My iPhone 14 was unlocked within half an hour, I could purchase an eSim and activate without any problem. Bought this phone from Walmart and supposedly was unlocked, tried having spectrum transfer my eSIM and it wouldn’t work. Spectrum said it was locked with US Reseller flex. So I paid direct unlocks to do their magic and the count down to be unlocked went to 99% and days went to zero days remaining till unlocked and I had my suspicion it wasn’t going to unlock. Well, then they took four or five more days to go directly to Apple (since Apple phone obviously) and they continued their magic. Hold and behold the phone got unlocked. Thank you direct unlocks!!!!

I can see your order (placed Apr 30, 2026) for an iPhone 11 on Cricket USA shows status: "Unlock Complete" and both payments were received. For iPhones follow the completion step: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" (Terms 8.1). Please try that and test with the other carrier’s SIM. If it still isn’t working, tell me exactly what you see (error message or a photo/screenshot) and I’ll help troubleshoot. Please note: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable."

Hola, soy Charlotte. Lamento que estés teniendo una mala experiencia. Veo que tu pedido (3 de mayo de 2026) aparece como: "Reportado como no desbloqueado, a la espera de comentarios del cliente". Tenemos estos códigos registrados para tu Samsung S23: NCK=7251357058064750 MCK=3171314264841863. Por favor, intenta lo siguiente: - Apaga el teléfono, inserta una tarjeta SIM que no sea de AT&T y enciéndelo. - Si tu teléfono te pide un código, introduce el NCK (usa el MCK solo si te lo pide después de muchos intentos). Como indican nuestros Términos y Condiciones: "Dispositivos que no son iPhone: introducir los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados..." (8.1). Si el teléfono NO te pide un código, puede que sea necesario un desbloqueo remoto por USB, que es un servicio adicional. Según nuestra política: "Sin solicitud de código de desbloqueo: No se realizará ningún reembolso si compraste un código de desbloqueo, pero tu teléfono Android no te pide un código al usar una tarjeta SIM incompatible". Responde indicándome exactamente qué mensaje aparece en tu teléfono cuando lo intentas y haré que un técnico te guíe en el siguiente paso.
