Worst of the worse 200 dollars spent and the phone isn't even full locked . They told me I still can't use esim and THATS ITS ONLY UNLOCKED IN OME COUNTRY WHATTF

Hi — I’m really sorry for the hassle. I can see your order (placed Dec 5, 2025) shows Unlock Complete and your unlock code is 3180303187616651. A few quick points to help: - For non‑iPhones you must insert a non‑Verizon physical SIM and enter the code when prompted: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" - As our terms explain, "An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device." If the phone doesn’t prompt for a code, "a Remote USB Unlock at an additional fee will be required. This will be shown in their status." - eSIM profiles can remain carrier‑controlled and may not be affected by a standard code unlock — please try a physical SIM first. You’ve paid for the Remote USB service, so we can complete the USB unlock for you. Reply with a good time to arrange the remote session and I’ll get it booked right away.

Not gonna lie I was a little skeptical after them asking for another $106 dollars after paying them $25 to just start the process no idea why they needed the $25 to start but they got the job done before the 7 days that was estimated so I'll give them a 5 star for all that but word to the wise if your just trying ti free it off the network your on just contact them and they can do it for free instead of spending $150

Just to clarify why you saw the two charges: the $24.99 was an Eligibility Check (we “perform a variety of checks, including checking for lost/stolen status, correct network, phone history as well as Activation Lock status” — Terms 7.3) and those checks are non‑refundable (“Eligibility Check: These checks are non‑refundable.”). The unlock service itself started once payment was received (Terms 1.1). Your order status shows Unlock Complete and the codes you were given (NCK=2937481704273914 MCK=3741908202530429) — to finish on Non‑iPhones you enter the unlocking code when prompted after inserting an incompatible SIM (Terms 8.1). Needed to unlock an old iPhone11 for a child to use with a different carrier. Only took about 10 min to unlock it. Then I was able to add the new SIM card.

Just a quick note — to complete iPhone unlocks we recommend connecting the phone to Wi‑Fi and restarting it: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" (Terms & Conditions 8.1). Great service worked within minutes but then locked up after half an hour tried contactied them told me to send video which i did. Still waiting for contact back but not holding my breath. Cost was £14 but then went up another £30. Sure they will try and get out of it somehow.

I had a great experience with the company. I have a iPhone 14 that was locked with Verizon. I had a phone bill of $700 and struggling to find honest service. Great service and very easy to use would use them again. After calling T-Mobile and staying on hold upwards of 30 min these unlocked it in 5 mins. I wish I would of found them sooner.
