Thanks for being patient! Sorry it took a couple of days to unlock your phone, we had to get the unlock from Apple which is why it took a little longer than usual timeframe.

“I was sceptical at first. I thought my phone will be unlocked immediately. However when I messaged them they responded quickly and explained to me that certain phones (like my samsung s6) can take time and it is not always instant. After this reassurance I waited couple of days and then I received the instructions on how to unlock my phone which was simple. Good clear communication from them made it easier for me to understand the process and I was then able to unlock my phone and now I can use any sim.”
