This is my second time dealing with direct unlock and I would highly recommend the services. Although this time was a little different because of the timing in which the unlock was successful but in the end my iPhone 17 pro max can be used on any carrier as promised, and the response time responding to my emails was just amazing great customer service.

I was pleased with the fast service although have been unable to proceed until the new2 sim card arrives. I lso felt that the fact the actual coast is fourty four pounds not fourteen niniety nine sghould be made clear right from the outset.

I’m sorry the pricing wasn’t clear up front — I can confirm you paid £14.99 for the Eligibility Check and £30 for the Standard Unlock (total £44.99). Our terms do explain this: "Pre-orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order." Also, "There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase." And our refund terms note that "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." Your order status is "Unlock Complete" — that means the unlock is done on our side. For iPhones, follow the unlock steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — so insert your new O2 SIM, connect to Wi‑Fi and restart the phone. If the new SIM doesn’t work when it arrives, reply here and I’ll help troubleshoot right away. — Charlotte

At first I was like is it going to be unlocked? But all went smoothly and I got my phone unlocked in 1 day not even 24hours and it was incredible because I used to unlocked my other phone with different companys and it took almost 7 days and DIRECT UNLOCKS did it in 1 day..thank you so much.

My husbands iPhone 12 with T-Mobile battery died on him. He needs a phone for his job. I had an old iPhone 7 from Verizon that I had found cleaning out our closet. I knew the iPhone 7 still worked and would charge for him to use it. I came across this site from a google search. I was skeptical because I’ve never unlocked a phone from one network to use for another. I held my breath and crossed my fingers that this would work and paid the $24.99 hoping I didn’t just waste money. I could have bought a new battery for $14.99 instead. Once I paid, I got the message that the order was in progress and could take up to 5 mins to process. Within 5 mins I got the message that it was done. I just needed to turn the iPhone 7 off, insert sim and turn it back on to go to the new network. IT WORKED!! Now my husband has a phone to use until we can upgrade our phones this weekend!! Thank you so much!! I will definitely use this again in the future for my kids prepaid phones when I need to replace them with locked refurbished phones.

Hugo Rico “Es una estafa, piden el IMEI para verificar si es factible el desbloqueo, mencionan que se puede liberar y te hacen hacer un pago, acreditando el pago te mencionan que debes realizar otro pago, que el primero fue para validar si es factible el desbloqueo, cosa que ya habian echo, y posterior te piden otro pago, se tardaron mas de 7 dias, que supuestamente es su tiempo limite, te llega un codigo y resulta que no sirve, pides tu reembolso y ya no tienes repuesta de ellos. FRAUDE”

Veo que tu pedido se realizó el 13 de diciembre de 2025 en directunlocks.com, con dos pagos (Verificación de Elegibilidad $24.99 y Desbloqueo Estándar $48) y el código que te proporcionamos: 73712099. El estado de tu pedido muestra: "Reportado como No Desbloqueado, esperando respuesta del cliente". Me tomo muy en serio las denuncias de fraude. Por favor, ayúdame a confirmar dos cosas rápidas: 1) Al insertar una tarjeta SIM incompatible en el HONOR CLK-LX3, ¿el teléfono te pidió un código de desbloqueo? 2) De ser así, ¿qué mensaje de error exacto apareció al ingresar 73712099 y cuántos intentos quedan? Escalaré el caso a nuestro técnico inmediatamente después de tu respuesta y te reemitiremos un código que funcione o una nota de crédito para usar en otro servicio. Como referencia, nuestra política indica que "Verificación de Elegibilidad: Estas verificaciones no son reembolsables", pero trabajaremos contigo para resolver un código que no funcione.
