As our Terms state, "Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" If your phone doesn’t prompt for a code, our Refund Policy notes: "No Unlocking Code Prompt: No refund if you purchased an unlocking code, but your Android phone doesn't prompt for a code when using an incompatible sim card." If your iPhone requires a Premium Service to complete the unlock, note "Standard Services which fail and which are not upgraded to Premium Service will be issued with a credit note only" but "Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service."
