“Not happy with this company first of you pay £14.99 thinking thats it .Then they hit you will another £30 to unlock so stupidly i did this and took nearly 3 days to get the unlock code but in this time I got the codes for free direct from ee in 5 minutes. I asked for a refund of just the £30 with in 1 hour of making the purchase which they told me I would get if it was before they sent the codes after a few days they have completely ignored me and now wont reply to any of my messages its a scam please don't waste your money”

“I started an unlock with Direct Unlocks on Saturday through my AT&T account for my old iPhone 11 (so it could be traded for full value). “Muy bien la atención prestada por el técnico, siempre muy cordial y agradable.
El único problema es con la página que no explica desde el inicio que son un pago tras otro. Es decir, el pago inicial es para ver elegibilidad, luego viene un pago para intentar desbloqueo remoto con código que casi nunca se logra y ya luego remoto con un técnico. La única mala noticia es que casi siempre tocará hacer por exploit (método alternativo de desbloqueo) y no desbloqueo oficial con el operador.”
