“Stove and delivery 1st class flue pipe was fine but the free register plate too small had to buy a bigger one but hamlet 5 stove is well made and looks really good”

“Great service. My original stove was delayed and I was told promptly. I reorderd with ease. My only gripe is that they use Palletways to deliver...they are unhelpful and basically dump your stove on your front step rather than 'delivered'. With a heavy product you need a 2 man delivery who can lift it off the pallet into your home...who can have 2 people off work for a delivery?”

“Great stove, decent price and looks amazing! I would recommend you double check all measurements as the size of the glass was incorrect - it’s actually larger than stated online. Delivery on time and packaged extremely well. Overall would recommend Direct Stoves!”

“Good website, competitive pricing, delivered on time. My only gripe was with the delivery options - I asked about paying to have the stove delivered in to the room as offered on the website, and was told rather abruptly that this service is not available. Luckily I was able to drag it in myself but otherwise it would have been a deal breaker.”

“Very knowledgeable staff and received a personal call to inform me that the item was ready to be shipped. The delivery slots could have been tighter and there was no option to contact the delivery driver as the original slot was missed, though it was delivered pre 12:00 the next day.”
