The website and purchasing process were faultless and the delivery date was exactly they promised. Only criticism is that there was no communication from the courier at all, or from Direct Stoves to give a time that it would arrive on the day of delivery, or that it had arrived! If it had gone to the wrong address in error I would be none the wiser that it had been dropped off.

Products are very good . But had issues with delivery. Came on twice different trucks but should of arrived on the same day. Second truck did not arrive until 4days later . 😞

Very good website and showed stock levels on website which was good,did not get contacted about delivery after over a week so called them and they were helpful and organised my delivery straight away and stove came on time with a professional couriers and well packed,really pleased with the overall service and the stove is fantastic Thanks

Direct stoves were very helpful, delivery service was not ! Stove was left at driveway gates on a pallet, driver said he had too many more deliveries to make to help me into the house with it. Perhaps Direct stoves should think of using an alternative delivery service ?

Delivery as agreed but extremely difficult for someone to ring us back regarding an issue we had with missing items. Rang 3 x times and sent 2 x emails. Finally got a call back after 3 days after my husband got irate on the phone. Total lack of customer service. All he wanted was some one to call him back but kept getting robbed off every time he rang being told 'some one will contact you by end of today or tomorrow morning which never happened. Issue was sorted quickly when they finally did take the time to call back. Would have given 5 stars had customer service been acceptable.

Delivery communication was not great. Stove arrived a day later than agreed and I had to phone to find out when the delivery was rescheduled for. Other than that great price and great stove.

Stove didn’t didn’t show on day . I contacted you at 3pm. When driver arrived brilliant. I don’t feel I should have paid extra for multi fuel kit £90 . Plus still waiting for items . Thanks

I was a bit nervous at first before placing order so much choice and I was completely satisfied with my stove as it was delivered on time, even the packaging was a perfect bit of kindling. Just wished finding a stove installer was this easy!

Very good products. Very knowledgeable, helpful sales staff who made useful suggestions. Delivery time was held to. There was a muddle over the lining when the wrong size was sent and had to be returned. The correct size reached me quickly. The stove looks good in situ. I think DS is a very good service to deal with.

My stove was delivered to 2 doors away. We had to carry it. Rang you but not received an explanation. No actual date given for delivery. Neighbour was not in at the time of delivery either

Very pleased with the fire, it is exactly as advertised but the delivery driver was very unhelpful. He left the fire at the top of the drive refusing to bring it closer to the house as he had a bad back.

Burner arrived on time. We are keeping it unopened till fitting, start of September. In addition we had delivery of two items - tube and metal plate - by courier at end of day with no explanation. Can you clarify?

The stove I was looking for was advertised at a very competitive price on Direct stoves. I purchased it and it was delivered in perfect condition, and the delivery chap helped me to get it into my garage.....so very pleased. The only tiny negative I had, was that Direct Stoves is the online company that I ordered through, but Direct Fireplaces and the Fireplace Warehouse are sister companies that are involved in different parts of the supply chain. Obviously, when I started receiving emails from differently named companies, to the one I had ordered from, I questioned whether my debit card had been fraudulently used. If Direct stoves had made it obvious that orders would be processed through other companies, it would have made the process less concerning.
