The stove came when expected, plenty of emails so all good, the stove looks good but it’s not working yet but hopefully we’ll be nice and warm

Very nice looking fire, came on time and good delivery service. However when building had to adapt and change some of the hole centres as the ore drilled holes were no where near and also Poor communication as I sent 2 emails prior to buying the fire and still no reply

Extremely quick delivery service, but no advice from carriers when stove would be arriving, just turned up!! Good price for stove but waiting for professional to fit.

Very pleased with the stove and your staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't give five stars because the flue pipe was damaged. Reported this still waiting for new one .. had to buy one. Would still recommend you company though and use again. Many thanks

The only problems I had was that I did the 12 month interest free option, filled and completed online forms then heard nothing, rang after a week to be told no confirmation from finance company then after a few minutes eventually found which was then all sorted.I was told the delivery company would ring for a estimated delivery time this never happened

Really pleased with my purchase of a multi fuel Stove. Got great advise when looking to choose the correct stove. The delivery arrived on time correctly and well packaged. Only minor issue was delivery company did not have sufficient equipment (sack trucks) or staff ( only one person for heavy delivery) to safely deliver to the house. Had to struggle to get the stove inside my house on my own as they left it in the secure back garden (at my request). I would expect them to at least deliver the item safely to the inside of my house. Other than that really pleased.

Good stove . Although not fitted in yet. Exactly what I want. A small issue with rear adapter not sent at same time. But very helpful via email over weekend and a telephone call on a monday. The issue sorted and was delivered to me 2 days later. So customer services 5 stars. Can't say more until up and running.

The only reason for not 5* is my stove did not have a serial number in the instruction or warranty booklets. I phoned to be told on the back of the stove. .. already lit My second call a chap told me the number should have been on the packaging….. so I had to rummage through the bin Point bring had it been bin day that would have been the end of it Please notify your next customer you the data is on the packaging although I think it should have been stamped on the instructions manual

I was in a hurry to buy a stove and Direct Stoves supplied the stove in a timely manner. Also they price matched the stove as I found one cheaper elsewhere. I forgot to decrease the price match by minus £10 and they didn’t correct the mistake but overall I would recommend the company.

My stoves arrived a day late, one with broken glass, but the replacement glass arrived quite quickly. Now, if only I had ordered the cooking plate for the top of my tall one... But I forgot. Hopefully I can find someone to fit it for me.

Price and product very good. Delivery took some time which is understandable in the current circumstances. My only criticism is that we were not kept up to date. However they responded very quickly to my emails enquiring about deliver dates so all in all a very good service. Would recommend them

Problem with the first order no stock at the supplier. Little bit misleading when Direct stoves website says "in stock" However this was sorted out quite quickly and my replacement order was completed satisfactory.

From a customer service point of view I really can’t fault this company. From ordering the stove, to dealing with an issue I had with the courier company, they were exceptional. The only small complaint I had was that the order was missing a nose cone. Whilst the team offered a replacement cone to be sent first class, this was going to be late as I was installing the stove that day. We managed with out, but it would be worthwhile to check your order for any missing parts as soon as you receive. Would highly recommend this company.
