FIRE CAME BOX BEEN OPENED AND DAMAGED. VICTORIA SORTED OUT, FIRE PICKED UP NEXT DAY NEW FIRE CAME NEXT DAY ALL OK.

Very pleased with our new Charnwood Stove. It was delivered exactly when I wanted it and now it's fitted, looks really good in our living room. We can't use it yet as the weather has turned warm, but we're looking forward, almost, to the colder weather so we can ligt it up.

Poor communication regarding when the item would be in stock and delivered. Driver then got lorry stuck trying to deliver, despite being advised to phone to get correct route, Direct Stoves then said a £40 re delivery fee would be due!! They did waive this but , it really shouldn’t have been this difficult.

We do aim to pass on any relevant information to our delivery partners, in order to ensure the best possible service. Unfortunately, we cannot always 100% guarantee adherence to delivery instructions because it is a third-party courier service and there may be extenuating factors. Because we had record of your having passed on delivery instructions, our Dispatch team agreed to waive any redelivery charges and we can see that the new delivery was booked accordingly for the following day. Good stove at good price. Had liner fitting kit etc too. Register plate came with no brackets and when I queried it they said they don't supply them as the fitters will supply. My fitter said that's not the case. But he did have some and fitted at no extra charge. When look elsewhere they seem to be supplied with , but no harm done and happy with the price I paid. Burner only had a little kindling fire so far but was surprised how how the burner got from it. Nice little fire.
