“Excellent service and advice even before we booked their services. The install was clean and fast. Lots of helpful hints and now we have a beautiful woodburner ready for winter. Highly recommend their services.”

“I bought an electric stove via Direct Stoves, which had a manufacturer's fault. Direct Stoves replaced it speedily and were great in following up the new delivery and collection of the faulty model. Not their fault it was faulty and they worked hard to get everything sorted for me.”

“Appliance was very easy to order and full details of purchase quickly forthcoming by email. Item was well packed and secure upon delivery. However, l was informed l would receive an SMS about 2 hours prior to delivery about ETA, this did not happen so unprepared when delivery arrived. Checked email just in case, nothing. Text actually arrived 4+ hours after delivery!! But the delivery man was fantastic, very helpful, courteous and polite. Upon opening boxed appliance. could not find any information about how to register item for guarantee. Have yet to contact company regarding this. Delivery arrived on the day expected.”

“Excellent stove Fabulous quality Easy to install Delivery experience- terrible Not 2 days as promised actually had to go and collect and good job we did as the depot said there was no address on it ?? Perhaps this was a one off and bad luck other than that very good product”

“The stove/fire body is made from cast iron and is of great quality it is too bad the "glass" door is 1mm plexi glass (and ours was broken on delivery). I will never understand why a company creates a quality product and then finishes it off with some cheap sub-standard component.”

“The best price I could find for the Hereford 7 and delivered free of charge within a few days of ordering. Makes you feel warm just having on the realistic flame effect which has several appearance and brightness settings. The heating is effective and not too noisy. Everything can be operated via a remote control. I have no hesitation in recommending Direct Stoves and Hereford 7.”

“Very helpful and polite sales staff on the end of the phone. Always easy to get hold of, and arrangements for delivery in two weeks confirmed and also reconfirmed a 5 days before, and on the day. Delivered on time, and the stove was as described with no issues. Also the sales staff put me in touch with the UK manufacturer of my stove to answer technical queries I had. A good buying experience and very happy with the stove.”
