“The stove is excellent, the service was excellent and the price was also excellent- I am very pleased with the direct stoves as the supplier and the stove which looks amazing. However the installation team were less than perfect, most things good but they installed the plate wrong and damaged my roof installing the flue. And have not returned after requests to remedy the situation. Such a shame after direct stoves supply was so good.”

“Great stove. No fuss, order pay and stove arrives very quickly, well packaged and on good condition, stove works fine ...excellent in fact. 9ne hong I would say is that 8t came on a pallet of its own. No problem there, but the wood the pallet was made of was incredibly dense and heavy, certainly not european and questionably sustainable. Probably not direct stoves fault but worth a thought”

“The ordering process was very easy snd prices competative. The stove arrived well packaged and the delivery driver was very helpful in placing it in the garage. Only slight issue was lack of comunication on order progress, had to chase to obtain information on order progress and delivery.”

“This is the second time that I have used Direct Stoves. The choiced and cost of products is just fantastic. Ordering was very easy and delivery was super fast, bearing in mind I am in the north of scotland this was no problem and did not affect delivery. The customer service staff are great and able to easy answer my questions and solve any queries I had. I cannot recommend highly enough.”

“The stove was delivered promptly and with care. Critique of the stove is that it looks good and works well. The wood retainer is not efficient as theone negative. I would prefer a more fence type grid at the front. The stove just has a discreet hump.”
