“It has been a most excellent experience dealing with Direct Stoves. Everyone we dealt with was so personable and so efficient. We cannot fault them in anyway whatsoever. Also the fitter was fantastic- we have a lovely stove! Thank you everyone.”

“We were so impressed with the efficiency of the staff at Bromsgrove. We knew what we wanted and within 10 mins everything was ordered and we were on our way home. Delivery was promised the following Wednesday and it arrived on that Wednesday what more can anyone ask in this day and age. Delighted with our squirrel. We have highly recommended two friends who are thinking of upgrading their log burners. Thank you so much.”

“Delivery on time and in excellent condition Make sure you are aware of the kerbside drop , or if you have anything other than a flat drive it can be a problem for the delivery guy and his pallet truck !”

“We recently purchased a multifuel stove and really happy with it. Unfortunately when we received our order a part was missing however after contacting Direct Stoves they provided a replacement part within 2 days. Delivery was free and really quick, well packaged and brought in as far as possible. When we placed our order we didn’t get a confirmation email detailing my order which I would have preferred, this ofcourse doesn’t impact at all however not having this and my order not showing on my account made things more difficult when trying to confirm our order with the installer, again this doesn’t impact on the items purchased in anyway it’s just little details I think would improve the experience. Everything considered we would absolutely recommend Direct Stoves and will use again in the future”

“Excellent service ! Very helpful enquiring about delivery. Quick delivery of stove all carefully packaged and all quality assured and inspected before dispatch . Hi, Thanks for your review. We are sorry for any inconvenience relating to this order. We can see that a picking error was made in our warehouse and that the incorrect item was sent out. As you will be aware, our team made arrangements for this to be collected as soon as was feasible and had initially offered to arrange for a replacement in the correct colour to be sent. After discussion with the Dispatch team, we understand that you requested a refund and this was issued upon receipt of the incorrect item back into stock.
