“We researched 5 suppliers before landing on Direct Stoves in Manchester. Their showroom was well stocked with variety of stoves and the staff didn't intrude on discussions until asked, between my wife and I on our 'short list'. Although we live in Liverpool the delivery of the fireplace and wood-burning stove was swift and well controlled. The purchase represented 'good value for money'. We used an installer (Lee Jensen), who was also available via Direct Stoves; his attention to detail was splendid and as as result our fireplace looks every bit as good as the one in the showroom. Well done everyone!”

“Unfortunately the experience was relatively poor. I have to reinstall the files due to the fitter ruining them when cutting them & when replying back to the email to thank them for sending us logs (as a gesture of good will for poor service) I am now being ghosted and haven’t received logs. Would be wary of the fitters they reccomend!”

“I recently bought a chimney rain cap from Direct Stove, unfortunatly I ordered the wrong size, the size I wanted is not in their range. Despite the cost they incurred in supplyinfg the part to me, they did not quibble and quickly returned the full cost to me. Good understanding and great service”

“I was slightly worried when I saw some negative reviews, but my stove arrived the day after I'd ordered it, packaged extremely well. I'm now enjoying the look of it, and the heat is great, all I need now is a thermal fan. I'm very happy.”
