“I ordered a Charnwood Aire 7 stove and it arrived 2 days later - service was second to none as the staff were helpful and interested. Was really lucky with the best price and stock availability so we are just waiting on the builder to build the fireplace and the installer to fit so can't comment on the stoves' performance (but it looks great in the box!) although I understand it is a very good stove.”

“The web site accurately described the options for the stove pipe to flue adaptor. Part arrived on time and was designed and crsfted in stainless steel and very well made. The welds and shaping were perfect and all for £40 Inc postage and packaging. Tried it on my existing flue pipe and fit was perfect fit. Very reassuring when u think it has to carry the exhaust gasses.”

“No complaints, stove seem ok. Instructions for the vents are not there, for example which way you open and close vent on the top of stove. Approximate positions for the bottom two slides when you have fire on, as a newcomer to a stove basic instructions would have been helpful”

“Ordered Woodburner over the phone and it was dealt with very by professional, friendly sales staff. The process was straightforward and delivery date arranged there and then for the following week. Delivery was prompt and item was very well packaged. Would definitely recommend using them based on my experience.”

“I love our stove and it was a great price. It was delivered on the requested day. Just a word of warning on delivery, we have a slight slope with steps down to our property and the delivery man couldn't bring it to the front door as if was on a pallette. Obviously not the lightest object to carry!”

While the driver would aim to transport the goods as close to the property as possible, this would be dependent upon the accessibility of the property. “I needed a new woodburner fairly urgently, and after much searching online for the right size/width/availabilty I came across Direct Stoves who had an excellent varierty of stoves. I ordered a Saltfire Wide on 24th January - it arrived 6th February! Excellent customer services as I am deaf and can only use email, all emails answered immediately. Highly recommended.”
