“Very quick delivery and a great looking stove. I was advised beforehand that the delivery man could not enter my property with the stove. But leaving the stove on the pavement wasn't helpful to someone who couldn't shift it on her own. Luckily a strong neighbour carried it inside for me. Hence 4 stars and not 5.”

“Very good service, plenty of stoves to choose from at competitive prices, once we had chosen the stove we wanted, buying it was simple with a choice of delivery dates that suited us. The delivery was well organised and arrived on time. We would highly recommend Direct Stoves”

“Answer phone very quickly, very pleasant girl answered, took order and was with me within two days, keep me informed, would recommend them. Had to ring back because I thought parts were missing, they rang me back and told me were to look and found them, again very nice manner on phone, nothing to much trouble.”

“Very pleased with service and delivery arrangements. The only problem we had was not understanding what we needed to chose with our stove. When we realised we had made a mistake I rang and a lovely lady sorted things for us. We did have today £10 but it was our error”
