“We are delighted with the service from order , delivery and quality of the Axon Chadwick , having searched and researched we were pleased to find this attractive model which gives a good window size and a contemporary design. The delivery man was lovely and really helpful , over and above our expectations”

“Staff on the phone were very helpful in answering questions and delivery was quick. Haven’t yet had it fitted so comment on the fire itself yet.”

“Very straightforward purchasing experience and delivered when they said it would. It hasn't been installed yet, as I can't find anyone to do it but it will be fab when it is in situ.”

“Haven’t used the stove yet as it’s for an out building I haven’t built yet but I’ve taken out of packaging to have a look and the stove looks better in real life than in all the pics. Modern looking really well made heavy with a great finish. Product was well packed also to prevent damage. Took around five working days to arrive which was what was advised. No complaints at all so it has to be a 5 ⭐️ rating.”
