“Purchased a log burner and a log stand with delivery date of the 18th December. Log burner arrived but no log stand. Contacted to be advised that the parts were sent separately and another day later told the second part would likely be a few weeks after Christmas. Still waiting on any further update (29th December) which is very disappointing as a before Christmas delivery was advertised when ordering. Nothing when ordering or on confirmation indicated they would be sent so separately”

“Hi. Looking for a new stove and eventually tried Direct Stoves. The response from their customer service/sales team was excellent. I spoke with someone called Jude who was both professional and knowledgeable which made my final choice of fire easy. Delivery was as promised and the driver went out his way to be helpful. Overall a painless transaction and I wouldn't hesitate to use Direct Stoves in the future.”

“Excellent service - delivered the day I wanted and even put in my neighbours garage as requested. The stove (Chadwick) is lovely and my fitter said is one of the best on the market. It looks amazing and gives out loads of heat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the drive and Direct Stoves - thank you.”
