“Ok service. Item was delayed from supplier and I had to phone them to get updates, rather than them providing me with updates. Had to wait 3 months for the item. When delivered we were not given a date or time and I was actually away at the time, so it was just dumped on my drive!!”

“I was generally pleased, but the delivery men said they did not unpack or take away the cardboard packaging. This despite the fact that I was required to sign a delivery note to say that the fireplace had been unpacked. I was left to unpack the item & will have to get assistance to do so because of the weight of the fireplace.”

“Fire looks lovely, only slight problem with the bottom plate that covers the ignition button. It has small clips on there but they don’t seem to fit anywhere, but if you put it at an angle it seems ok.”

“Fire and bars don’t agree. The curved bars will not fit on the for you sent I have been waiting more than four hours for you to let me know what you are going to do to rectify this Poor show. M. Port”

“Absolutely fantastic experience. Delivered faster than expected, friendly drivers, love the fireplace. Haven’t put the central heating up since I started using the flame only., mind you the heater-works extremely well as I have tried it. Of course psychological but all the same makes my home lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent fire exceeds our expectations only one little grumble is that it is a little noisy when the heat is put on. Other than that very happy and it is so realistic and the front really smart. Thanks Dave.”

“Initial contact very good. Unfortunately, although once contacted, staff were helpful, I did have to chase for answers a few times. Communication regarding delays would be helpful. Having said that, and following several delays due to manufacturing issues, once the fire was delivered, it is just what we wanted.”

“As first time fireplace installers it would have been good to have some sort of instruction!! Eventually figured it out but could have saved a bit of time with a simple leaflet.”
