“Great service and the delivery was fast. We didn't need to much assistance as my wife had reviewed these fires in a level of detail only a female could. Would definitely recommend this company though as the price was good and it really was hassle free.”

“The quality of the stone was like the quality of the service, first class. The lady changed my delivery date after I asked if it could be delivered earlier without any hesitation. Highly recommend the product and the company. No hesitation in awarding 5 stars.”

“We ordered and paid for a gas fire and surround and were looking forward to its arrival but in spite of bring told we would get it by 1st or 2nd August we still have no date for delivery! If the delivery was going to be longer I just wish they would tell the truth”

“This was the second fireplace we have bought from Direct Fireplaces: we have been very pleased with both (and have recommended them to friends. I know one has recently ordered their own new fireplace from them as a result). There was a slight problem with our most recently ordered fireplace in that the wrong one was delivered. Direct Fireplaces gave excellent customer service in resolving this and - quickly - rearranging delivery of the correct one and removal of the wrong one.”

“I was disappointed that the tiles where not in the fire place and when i rang i got told the tiles do not with the tolouse fireplace and was pointed out by the lady the tiles are extra and if you read the small print it tells you that, there was no offer of ordering the tiles or we could sort it but will cost a bit more”

“We were able to order a Charnwood multi fuel stove for far cheaper than our local stockiest from Direct Fireplaces, and had it delivered within 48 hrs, where our local shop was quoting 8 weeks. I like the fact that they displayed their phone number and when I contacted them for advice before buying they were very helpful and knowledgeable. On delivery unfortunately we received the incorrect ash pan, however the after sales team ( Sarah Blackshaw) could not have been more helpful, as we had to have a new ash pan sent directly to us from Charnwood, Sarah regular e-mailed or phoned us to keep us updated of the progress, We could not fault their service, and would certainly recommend this company to anyone.”
