“There were two issues with the order one missing item and one item was incorrect but both were swiftly sorted upon contacting the company. Quality of goods seems very good. Very friendly service.”

“Direct Fireplaces were able to source a fire nobody had in stock for us, which solved a big wait for our customer. We then had an issue with a broken part in the box which Sarah B was on the case really quickly and got sorted next day extremely impressive. “I have used this company twice now to purchase a cast iron radiator and a complete fireplace package. The prices are very competitive and the customer service is excellent. They matched a price for me and the delivery was swift and trouble free. I would recommend them and should I need anything in the future, I will definitely be using them again!”

“It was easy to view the website and choose which fire & fireplace we liked best! It was a little late in arriving as the marble fireplace was coming from Spain, but it’s understandable considering travel restrictions these days. We were kept fully informed as to when delivery would be! The whole order arrived completely wrapped on a pallet. We are now waiting for it to be installed by our local company!”

“I am happy with the fire, but disappointed with the light coloured pebbles. We wanted the pebbles so that it would look Modern. We had only used the fire twice and some of the pebbles have got black marks on them, they don’t look good at all! We are very disappointed with them and feel we should have got the coals.”
