“Excellent company with fast delivery and very efficient after care. My fire arrived with the wrong colour fret, one phone call and they sorted out with the manufacturer. Highly recommended.”

“A bit nervous about buying a fire online without seeing it first but bit the bullet. Placed order and received a follow up call to confirm and arrange delivery date. Fire arrived 3 days after it was ordered. Unfortunately one of the insets was damaged and after emailing about it, received an email and a call very quickly indeed. After confirming that the fire itself was working, replacement inset was sent out and received following working day. Considering how some companies like to add extra shipping costs to any delivery north of Dundee, shipping was free. Thanks to Nick for his excellent customer service. Just a shame I won’t be needing to buy a fire again any time soon!”

“Just had the fireplace fitted today and I am over the moon with it. Gives off great heat and love the chrome finish and great addition to our living room cosy and warm. Would definitely recommend.”

“The fire which was sent direct from the supplier but had the wrong fascia, but the guys at Direct fireplaces was able to get the correct front from the the supplier in no time at all!!”

“Item I ordered was the cheapest modern looking fireplace I could find. Unfortunately there was an issue with the dimensions at the rear which meant I had to chop out the fireback but Nick from your customer service team was very prompt at dealing with my enquiries. I hope you now press the manufacturer to adjust the published dimensions. Delivery was very quick and now it is installed looks good.”

“Very impressed with the service from the help in the shop, the ordering system online, having to change the agreed delivery day and then it arrived as planned . I would most definitely go back, but fires are not very often repeat purchases. I would recommend them.”
