“So glad we went to Direct Fireplaces to order our new 16inch flame beam edge electric fire. I ordered it on the Monday before Xmas never expecting to get it before Xmas. I needn’t have worried as it was delivered on the Thursday before Xmas. First class service from everyone I spoke too. Can’t rate this company highly enough.”

“I was given helpful advice on the best purchase for my circumstances. They price matched the product so I wanted as I had found it cheaper elsewhere. The delivery was excellent to where I wanted it in the room and they took all the packaging away. I can't fault them.”
