“I ordered and paid for a gas fire, five days later it was delivered to my house. A week later it was fitted. It is perfect and very smart. The coals look very real and the heat is wonderful.”

“Great supplier, great showroom I did arrange to pick fire up as I was local. Unfortunately it didn’t fit as packaged very well. It was no trouble for them to drop off in their van.”

“Excellent selection of fire places, no matter whether you want something modern or more traditional. The people were so professional and friendly, and spent considerable time with me answering my many questions and I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase. They went out of their way to sort things for me and I ended up with the perfect fireplace. Installation was perfect!”

“I hesitated some time before deciding to replace my electric flame effect fire of 14 years; but when I did decide I contacted four well known electric fire outlets which included Direct Fireplaces : there was no competition Direct Fireplaces were not only more helpful, quicker on delivery but nearly £100 cheaper. As I said no competition. Go direct!”

“I have already sent one in fact the day after it was fitted I said that the two chaps were great Clean tidy fantastic eye to detail I suggest that you should increase their salary As having staff like them would be hard to replace”

“Customer service (Leanne) was very good. The people who fitted the new chimney pot were very quick, efficient and pleasant. The fire fitter Phil was a very nice chap and has done a good job fitting my new fire. Very pleased overall.”

“One slight hicup Direct Fireplaces asked me to nominate a delivery day :- Tuesday 13 th Feb 2024. The fire arrived without warning :- Wednesday 7 th Feb. Fortunately I was in at the time. Product arrived in good order. No problem.”
