“Absolutely excellent service, ordered on line which was relatively easy, order acknowledged immediately, delivery date given and fire delivered on time. Fire it self is excellent our fitter said it was great quality. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.”

“So glad we went to Direct Fireplaces to order our new 16inch flame beam edge electric fire. I ordered it on the Monday before Xmas never expecting to get it before Xmas. I needn’t have worried as it was delivered on the Thursday before Xmas. First class service from everyone I spoke too. Can’t rate this company highly enough.”
