I was disappointed that the tiles where not in the fire place and when i rang i got told the tiles do not with the tolouse fireplace and was pointed out by the lady the tiles are extra and if you read the small print it tells you that, there was no offer of ordering the tiles or we could sort it but will cost a bit more

Very quick delivery. Good and responsive customer service. One of the time we have ordered was out of stock. A refund was agreed and processed promptly.

There were two issues with the order one missing item and one item was incorrect but both were swiftly sorted upon contacting the company. Quality of goods seems very good. Very friendly service.

I am happy with the fire, but disappointed with the light coloured pebbles. We wanted the pebbles so that it would look Modern. We had only used the fire twice and some of the pebbles have got black marks on them, they don’t look good at all! We are very disappointed with them and feel we should have got the coals.

Item delivered on time but fireplace surround was broken in 3 places on arrival and needed replacement. This was arranged in good time and delivered on agreed date. Overall happy with service provided, but frustrating that customer service does not offer the opportunity to actually speak to a member of their team, but instead comprises a messaging centre who will pass your query on to be answered via email (a telephone call was requested by us but not forthcoming). Email communication was otherwise good.

Malmo electric fire suite. Great value for money, The oak veneer took the wax I chose to use very well. I had to wait a short while for delivery but it arrived when they said it would. The service and communication was excellent

Very good eficiente service, the gas fire was delivered with a bad finish on the front trim I reported this to direct- fireplaces and was replaced in less than a week from the manufacturer. Thanks Eric

The LED lighting wasn’t working on my new fireplace. I contacted Direct Fireplaces and replacement lights were sent within the week. Excellent service from Direct Fireplaces. These things happen however but very happy with my new fireplace.

Love my new fireplace. The only issue is the finish. A little dent on top and the edge is a little rough. White light switch on the side I feel should have been concealed

Fire turned up unexpectedly, no phone call to make sure someone was in. Luckily my husband was! Driver didn't want to know anything about checking everything was undamaged as your instructions suggest we do, he just wanted a signature and be on his way. Other than that the fire is lovely. It does fit into our recess but still has to stick out a little for the cable to come out. Wish I'd bought the spacer now!!

Although fire arrived on fourth working day, we received no email or text message to confirm delivery. Its a good job we were in when order arrived.
