“Fire looks lovely, only slight problem with the bottom plate that covers the ignition button. It has small clips on there but they don’t seem to fit anywhere, but if you put it at an angle it seems ok.”

“Initial contact very good. Unfortunately, although once contacted, staff were helpful, I did have to chase for answers a few times. Communication regarding delays would be helpful. Having said that, and following several delays due to manufacturing issues, once the fire was delivered, it is just what we wanted.”

“The service was excellent. We had been supplied with a faulty coal which was caused by a fault with the manufacturer and not Direct fires but the issue was resolved by Direct Fireplaces very efficiently and professionally. We would certainly use again.”

“I was disappointed that the tiles where not in the fire place and when i rang i got told the tiles do not with the tolouse fireplace and was pointed out by the lady the tiles are extra and if you read the small print it tells you that, there was no offer of ordering the tiles or we could sort it but will cost a bit more”

“I am happy with the fire, but disappointed with the light coloured pebbles. We wanted the pebbles so that it would look Modern. We had only used the fire twice and some of the pebbles have got black marks on them, they don’t look good at all! We are very disappointed with them and feel we should have got the coals.”

“Item delivered on time but fireplace surround was broken in 3 places on arrival and needed replacement. This was arranged in good time and delivered on agreed date. Overall happy with service provided, but frustrating that customer service does not offer the opportunity to actually speak to a member of their team, but instead comprises a messaging centre who will pass your query on to be answered via email (a telephone call was requested by us but not forthcoming). Email communication was otherwise good.”

“Very good eficiente service, the gas fire was delivered with a bad finish on the front trim I reported this to direct- fireplaces and was replaced in less than a week from the manufacturer. Thanks Eric”

“The LED lighting wasn’t working on my new fireplace. I contacted Direct Fireplaces and replacement lights were sent within the week. Excellent service from Direct Fireplaces. These things happen however but very happy with my new fireplace.”
